CBN grinding wheel is a super-hard abrasive made by electroplating with cubic boron nitride as abrasive. CBN's hardness is second only to diamond (Mohs hardness 9.8) and has excellent thermal stability (temperature resistance can reach over 1400°C). It is designed for efficient processing of high-hardness and high-toughness iron-based metals (such as hardened steel, high-speed steel, alloy steel, etc.) and is widely used in precision grinding, tool sharpening, aerospace and automotive parts manufacturing.

Product Features:

Ultra-high hardness and wear resistance
CBN abrasive has a hardness close to diamond, and its wear resistance far exceeds that of traditional corundum grinding wheels, with a lifespan extended by 5-10 times.
Suitable for machining hard-to-cut materials such as hardened steel, tool steel, high-speed steel, etc. with HRC50 or above.
Excellent thermal stability
Maintains high strength and chemical inertness at high temperatures to avoid grinding burns and thermal deformation of workpieces.
Reduces dependence on coolant, suitable for dry or minimal lubrication (MQL) machining.
High-precision machining capability
Optimized design, uniform distribution of abrasive particles, can achieve a surface roughness of Ra≤0.2μm.
Good shape retention, suitable for form grinding and complex contour machining.
